THINGS TO NOTE

Seating Arrangements
There are separate seating arrangements for men and women inside the main floor during the Aarti ceremony. All visitors are requested to adhere to these arrangements during the Aarti ceremony. Please note that the Aarti ceremony takes place at 11:15 am. Your tour guide will let you know if your visit coincides with the Aarti ceremony.

Packed Lunch Arrangements
As the mandir is a sacred place of worship, food or drink items which contain meat, fish, eggs, animal products or alcohol are not allowed inside the complex. Therefore, if visitors have such products in their bags, they are requested to leave them behind in the bus, van, or car.

Individuals and Families
Everyone is welcome to visit the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir. Individuals and families do not need to book their visit. On arrival, please enquire with Mandir personnel inside the Mandir if you would like a guided tour. A guide will be provided if one is available.

School and Group Visits
Schools and groups are welcome to visit the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir. Advanced reservations are required for school and group visits in order to make your visit comfortable. Visits are also entertained on weekends and holidays subject to available visiting time slots.

Cancellation Procedure
If you are unable to make it for any reason after confirmation of the reservation, please let us know by email or fax so that your slot can be made available for another group.

	All clothing must cover shoulders and knees.(Wraps provided)
	Photography or videography may only be taken from ground level outside the mandir.
	Please refrain from eating, drinking or chewing gum inside the complex.
	Cell phones must be switched off while inside the Mandir.
	Smoking, alchohol, drugs and tobacco products are prohibited anywhere in the complex.
	Please refrain from touching or leaning against the delicate carvings. Please observe silence in the Mandir.
	No pets allowed.
	Other facilities include: audio tour, elevator, wheelchair access, restrooms and free parking.
	Management reserves the right to cancel or alter any visitor or close premises, in whole or part, without prior notice. Every effort will be made to avoid any inconvenience.
